- A Bunch of Kale
- Olive Oil in a Spritzer.
- Sea Salt
- Clean and get rid of the thick stems while tearing them into deck of cards size peices or smaller.
- Preheat Oven or Toaster Oven to 350.
- Spray Kale with Olive Oil from a spritzer.
- Cook for 10 - 20 until crispy
- Season with salt
- Eat immediately.
