Crispy Kale Chips

Yummy stuff and easy.

  • A Bunch of Kale
  • Olive Oil in a Spritzer.
  • Sea Salt

  • Clean and get rid of the thick stems while tearing them into deck of cards size peices or smaller.
  • Preheat Oven or Toaster Oven to 350.
  • Spray Kale with Olive Oil from a spritzer.
  • Cook for 10 - 20 until crispy
  • Season with salt
  • Eat immediately.
