Beets

In an effort to try new foods I bought a bag of beets this week. This will be the last bag of beets I buy. I tried really hard to like them but I had to eat them with the garlic cauliflower. They have the weirdest taste to them. Maybe if I tried raw beets I would have a different opinion. All I know is if they are cooked I will have to pass.
