Today started early for me. I woke up unassisted at 5am. Robby on the other hand slept in. I waited around for him to rise and we headed out for our Buggython training run. It included:
1.5 mile bike ride to the Milner track
10 minute jog
6 - 1 lap hard effort with 1/2 lap easy
3 laps walking
6 mile ride back home
2 sets of 10 push ups
3 sets of 1 pull up
2 sets of ab wheel
Food so far today includes:
Breakfast: 2 slices of Ezekiel Bread with 2 tbsp. Natural PNB, and 2 tbsp. all fruit spread (before work out)
Snack: 1/2 old fashion oatmeal with 1 tbsp PNB (after work out)
Lunch: Spinach and mixed green salad with slice of tomato cubed, sprinkle of moz. cheese, raisins, broccoli, and Amy's California Burger (mushrooms and lentil based). Dressing Cesar Vinaigrette. 6 Sweet Cherries.
Snack: 1 Banana, TLC granola bar, All Natural Cherry yogurt, 2 fig newtons.
Dinner: Basil Salmon Dish at local Spicy Thai. (Very good, would have liked more veggies though).
