Wow, I did not realize that it had been so long since I have posted anything.
Today's topic is Chocolate.
Last time I was in Atlanta I came across Rogue Chocolate Stout. I figured it would have a subtle hint of chocolate. To my suprise the flavor of chocolate was rich and creamy. Rogue describes it as, "Hedonistic! Ebony in color with a rich creamy head. The mellow flavor of oats, chocolate malts, and real chocolate are balanced perfectly with the right amount of hops for a bittersweet finish." All I have to say is I want more.
Saturday we are headed back to the Brick Store Pub and we will be sure to visit the local Sherlock's to bring home something to add to our collection of beer.
