It may not be my fastest 1/2 Marathon but it was the first one that I have been able to move the next day. I did not feel like I was run over afterwards. I think it is about time to start thinking about a Full Marathon......

Awesome job!!!! Let me know and we'll blast some music at the end for you! I saw part of the iron man in PCB this weekend and felt so bad for the people creeping along barely able to jog/run at that mile 20. You could tell the body had given its all and it was purely a mind thing that was keeping some of them going!
