Running and Endurance

This past weekend I met a great group of fellow Crossfitters. During the weekend I learned all about Pose running and how to program for the endurance athlete. Now I am ready to try it out on myself and others.

Wow, you are WAY outnumbered by all those boys! Not really a bad thing, hah hah. Girl, I can't run worth a crap. Maybe I can be your first guinea pig - I guess we are BOTH about to have some time on our hands :-)
