Besides running and riding my bike I also enjoy Crossfit Style workouts. They give me the best full body workout there is. Mix all this with strength training twice a week and one will experience great things. I feel physically better and mentally better. I stand up taller and can think clearly through out the day. I rise at 6am and hit the hay at 10ish pm. I contribute my dedication to diet and physical activity to the positive feelings that I have every day. Enjoy the video.
