I am on my way towards meeting one of my goals for this year. Here is a video of me kipping pull ups consecutively for a few reps. Hopefully it will no time before I can do more than 3 in a row. On Monday when I was fresh I was able to do 5. Today I could only do about 3 good ones.

I know you'll reach your goal!!! My goal has to deal with the heartbeat staying under 150. Do you know how hard that is? I have to run 4.3 miles an hour. I was up to 6.8. So, so, sad!!!!

I am so proud of you! I just know you'll reach this goal! I have to keep my goals set with my heartrate at 150. Do you know how hard that is?!

I am no doctor or anything but I think that if your body is use to exercising you can continue to do what you normally do until the 3rd trimester. Now I would not do anything intense like interval or try to run a PR. Talk to Jane she has been through it.
