Pita Pizza - Yummy!
So, Wednesday at Moxie's Diner is pizza night. Coming in at about 320 calories for the whole pizza I have saved some room for icecream later. :)
All it takes is:
1 whole wheat pita loaf
1/8 cup pasta sauce
1/4 cup 2% mozerrella cheese
8 slices of Turkey Pepperoni
1/8 - 1/4 cup Boca Crumbles
Assemble ingredients and cook at 425 degree oven to desired crispness. Enjoy!
